Nova to DL

Ivan Nova will indeed head to the disabled list with inflammation in his right rotator cuff. That will be the obvious move to make room for when CC Sabathia comes off the DL tomorrow night in his start against the Indians. There is nothing needed surgically for Nova. Time and medication will heal his injury. He will be eligible to come off the DL in 15 days, missing at least two starts.
